Based on the latest data from Ookla, Globe’s LTE Consistency Score for Metro Manila reached 81.30 as of the end of June, a significant improvement from 53.96 last year.

Globe has been getting at least 80 mobile Consistency Score since April this year in Metro Manila.

“We aspire to bring the best service to our customers and give them an elevated mobile experience. Since last year, we have made significant strides to bring our Consistency Score to the level of other providers in the world,” said Ernest Cu, Globe president and CEO.

Mobile Consistency Score measures the number of incidences (viewed as a percentage) of a provider’s samples equal or exceeds both a download threshold of 5 Mbps and an upload threshold of 1 Mbps.

For the first half, Globe installed 212 new cell sites in Metro Manila and completed 1,954 site upgrades all over the National Capital Region.
