The Spiral Manila is suspending the acceptance of LYKA Gems as a mode of payment for the meantime.

This announcement came after a memo released by LYKA and the circular issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas on the requirement for an Operator of Payment System license to be accepted as a currency.

As LYKA and BSP settle the issue, the Spiral said that current reservations need to be settled via cash or credit card only.

Meanwhile, those who have booked reservations in advance using LYKA Gems will still be honored but the balance needs to be settled through cash or credit cards only.
