Dennis Anthony Uy immediately responded to Typhoon Odette network concerns.
He took to Twitter to update everyone of what’s happening on the ground.
Last December 17, the network operations of Converge had been compromised in Iloilo, Capiz, Cebu, Cagayan De Oro, and Davao.
He promised that they would try to restore service as soon as possible but also taking into account the safety of his employees.
Dennis also announced that business centers in Mandaue City, Roxas City, Iloilo City, and Cagayan de Oro City are temporarily closed.
“While restoration is ongoing, we are also mobilizing relief efforts for the affected communities. Keep safe and continue to monitor our official channels for network updates,” he said.
