Actor and entrepreneur Matteo Guidicelli, who helps run his family-owned restaurant Da Gianni’s recently shared a perfect holiday go-to meal which is a fusion of his Cebuano and Italian roots.

The former race car phenom took tonInstagram to share how to prepare the Fettucine Lechon Ragu recipe which he and his family prepared and enjoyed near the seaside.

Matteo and his dad Gianluca took charge of cooking the fusion dish which makes use of Lechon Cebu, combined with classic Italian sauces and all Pinoy spices.
