Subscribers of Converge ICT experienced inconvenience yet again when their internet connection was suddenly cut Saturday (Nov. 20) due to another network-wide outage.

The fiber internet provider owned by bilyonaryo Dennis Anthony Uy acknowledged the problem at 12:12 p.m., saying their technical team is working on the problem after receiving relentless complaints.

Businesses, employees working from home, and online classes were all disrupted by the wide outage, restored only over two hours later at 2:40 p.m.

“‘Please continue to monitor our social media channels for updates’ — shdjsj uhmm pls enlighten me how people would monitor your social media channels when they’ve got no internet connection?? What’s not clicking converge??,” one user said.
