Bilyonaryo Frederick Go has poured in P583 million for malls, hotels, and office and residential towers of Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) in just 15 days.

Go dipped into the P21.56 billion RLC raised from the initial public offering of its real estate investment trust (REIT) which was listed on September 14.

In a report to the Philippine Stock Exchange, RLC said a total of 24 real estate projects received new funding from September 15 to 30.

RLC still has P20.263 billion left to spend from its the IPO of RL Commercial REIT, Inc. (RCR) after deducting P715 million for IPO expenses and P583 million for capital expenditures.

Here’s the complete list of RLC projects which benefited from the RCR funds from September 14 to 30:

1) Cebu Integrated Resort P176.64 million
– World-class integrated resort development in Cebu City is envisioned to be the region’s ultimate leisure and entertainment destination.

2) Sierra Valley Gardens – Building 1 and 2 P124.9 million
– First phase of residential project in Sierra Valley Destination Estate located at the boundary of Cainta and Taytay, Rizal.

3) Sapphire Bloc – East Tower P56.18 million

– Four-tower development that features a lifestyle retail podium located in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

4) Montclair P55.7 million
– A 200-hectare destination estate in Porac, Pampanga.

5) SYNC – S Tower P42.23 million
– A four-tower residential development that features a lifestyle retail wing located along C5 Bagong Ilog, Pasig

6) Iloilo Towers P37.22 million
– Robinsons Cybergate is a three-tower office development in Iloilo located at Barangay Ungka, Pavia, Iloilo.

7) Westin Sonata Hotel P16.4 million
-A 303-room hotel located along San Miguel Avenue corner Lourdes Street, Brgy. Wack Wack, Mandaluyong City.

9) Summit Hotel GenSan P13.8 million
– RLC’s first 4-star hotel of and the newest lifestyle destination situated in General Santos City.

10) RP La Union P7.16 million

– RLC’s 53rd mall is situated along MacArthur Highway in La Union’s capital city of San Fernando.

11) Robinsons DoubleDragon Corp. P6.95 million

– A joint venture to engage in realty development.

12) Radiance Manila Bay – South Tower P5.8 million

– Two-tower residential development that features a lifestyle retail wing in Pasay City.

13) The Residences at The Westin Manila Sonata Place P5 million

– The first Westin-branded Residences in Southeast Asia.

14) RP Gapan P4.65 million
– First full-service lifestyle center in Gapan, Nueva Ecija.

15) Galleria Residences – Tower 2 P4.55 million

– Part of the three-tower residential component of the Robinsons Galleria Cebu Complex which consists of a full-service mall, hotel and office building.

16) Gateway Regency Studios P3.8 million
– The last residential tower at the EDSA Pioneer mixed-use development offering studio units to urban professionals.

17) Bloomfields General Santos P2.14 million
– A 33-hectare residential development located in Brgy. Labangal, General Santos City.

18) Summit Hotel/Go Naga P1.9 million
– The newest landmark business conference hotel in Metropolitan Naga, located at the heart of Naga City’s CBD 3.

19) Magnolia Residences – Tower D P1.4 million

– Part of the mixed-use development on the former Magnolia Ice Cream Plant in New Manila, Quezon City.

– A 42-storey mixed-use residential development in the premier township development, Bridgetowne East, in Rosario, Pasig City.
