According to the Manila Bulletin, Vista Residences has lined up several projects in Metro Manila as well as in Baguio and Bacolod. These include Morrison Heights, Sky Arts Manila Tower 2, Encore, Vista Shaw Tower 2 and the Courtyard – Katherine Building in Taguig.

Targeting students and professionals, Morrison Heights will rise beside the University of Sto. Tomas and other universities in Manila’s University Belt.

Sky Arts Manila Tower 2 is near Robinsons Place Manila while Vista Residences’ Encore is located near Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

The Katherine Building, on the other hand, is just a walking distance to Vista Mall Taguig.
