Pangilinan took his oath after signing the deed of donation for the MVP Cybersecurity Center for Excellence, PLDT said on Facebook.

Located at the Villamo Air Base in Pasay City, the state-of-the-at facility is aimed at ensuring the country is safe from cyber threats.

It is intended to strengthen the PAF’s cyber defense capability and digital infrastructure.

The facility will also serve as the training ground for future PAF cyber warriors.
